COVID-19 - Attending our Client’s Premises

In keeping with government guidelines, we are asking that all clients provide the following information at point of booking a call out:

Please confirm that you are not self-isolating and have not been in contact with anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms. Engineers are unable to enter a building if a client or anyone else is suspected of being infected.

We kindly ask that upon our Engineer’s entering the building, Government guidance regarding social distancing is adhered to while they carry out their work.

If you indicate to us you have symptoms of COVID-19 or you have been abroad in the last 14 days (with the exception to Northern Ireland), in accordance with Government guidance, our plumbers will not be permitted to enter your home.

You will be sent a COVID questionnaire form to complete and return to us
